good PR move for the NFL i guess. i mean who actually watches the pro bowl anyway?
also to note is that players on Super Bowl teams cant play in the game.
Having the pro bowl before the super bowl is retarded. One, no one watchs it anyway so it has benefit to the NFL of having it before hand. Two, none of the players actually work hard, and the AFC will win like always anyway. And three, there still is a chance of someone getting injured, no doubt in mind someone does get banged up, and with it being the pro bowl, the chances that that player is in the Super Bowl is highly likely based on the fact usually the best teams go to the Super Bowl, and arguably* the best players go to the Pro Bowl. Randy Moss is the best reciever in the NFL right now, based on stats alone, not even counting his past records etc. He has 13 TD's which leads the league for recievers, and who ever said thats less than 1 per game, your right, but if you have 1 TD per game your a beast, and deserve to go to the Pro Bowl, but no one has that stat right now. The reason Moss doesn't have as many as say in 2007 is because the patriots have been using Wes Welker a lot more this season, and dividing up the receptions between all their recievers.
GO PATRIOTS!
