I heard if you get pulled over and they want to breathalyze you, you should just say you had a beer within the past 5 minutes. Then they have to wait 20 minutes or so until they can breathalyze you, which might bring you down to the legal limit.
But the better option is to just never drink and drive.
And shitting, peeing, eating, sweating can make you feel more sober but I doubt they could significantly bring your bac down.

At traffic stops with suspected drunkeness, the officer waits 20 minutes. This is to make sure that you don't have residual alcohol in your mouth. If you burp or throw up, you wait another 20 minutes, after a warning. If you do it again, you get fucked. If he sees you sippin on nyquil or listerene, you will also be fucked. The officer will find out. Your bac will read muuuuucccch higher than .4, more like straight 4. They will know.
But, the portable breath test is 100% OPTIONAL in CO at least. Dont want to take it, no problem. The roadside sobriety tests (9 steps, tip head back and count to 30, 1 leg stand, abc's, counting numbers backwards, etc.) are also OPTIONAL. The officer will tell you all this, and ask you if you understand. If you refuse all these, he will decide for himself whether or not to take you back to the office.
Look up your local laws tho.
You cannot lower your bac outside of a blood transfusion, and that wont even do much. You have to wait it out.
