Ok I weigh about 160 and height is 5`5ish
I hav center mount skis with salomon freestyle bindings
Ok, so wenever i do a mute grab my ski comes off even tho i have the din at 7 which is the right setting for my weight, height and stuff like that. Is the freestye ski din setting supposed to be a lot higher opposed to the normal skiing???
any help is appreciated

Obviously its too low for your desired method of skiing, take a screw driver and turn it up .5 intill it doesnt pre release like that.

Take them to a shop and have them looked at. Your boots may be worn in the heal and toe from walking which can make this happen. Otherwise, the forward pressure setting may be off.

If your ski is popping off every time you do a mute grab its possible either your bindings are not fitted to your boot size properly or there is something wrong with your bindings or boot. Seven in a pretty reasonable setting for freeskiing any higher and it will take more and more force and stress to release them. You don't want to go so high too the point where they wont pop off at all even in situation where you want them to. I tore my knee last year because I had my dins up to high and caught an inside edge and instead of releasing and taking the brunt of the impact all the force of the crash went to my MCL and ACL and popped those instead.

Take them to a shop and have them look at them. Otherwise risk your knees.

Don't listen to anyone on here. Take them to a shop, and don't try and to adjust them yourself. Your legs will thank you
