It depends on how much $$ and time you are willing to put into it. You can probably come up with a sketchy one that will work, for cheap if not free. But the more you put into it the more it is going to cost. We were going to build a legit portable drop in, in my board sports technologies class, but the price came out to be like over $600 or something cuz we planned to make it out of aluminum. Wood is always cheaper, but obviously weaker too. "Portable" makes it more difficult also, depending on just how portable you really need it to be.
