Leg Pain

Hey guys I have this gnarly pain not on my shin, but on the direct side of my lower leg. Im not sure what muscle, but its super inflamed right where my boot is. Ive been skiin a good deal, but this has never happened in the pass. Its keeping me from skiing, and I was wondering if anyone else has it or what to do to get rid of it! Need help... and asprin

stretch in the hot shower a lot. then ice it, then put a muscle cream on it.

Extra strength menthol bengay. Fixes everything muscle related.
