Full tilt booters?

yes another thread on full tilts. Call me a noob. tell me to searchbar.

I can't get my foot into the boot without taking out the liner. Before you say they don't fit, if I take the liner out, put it on my foot first, and then put everything into the shell, the full tilts fit better than any boot ive ever owned. So nice and snug, zero wiggle room, crucial arch support, etc.

The only thing is, will putting the boots on like this ruin the liner over time? Will this problem go away once i break them in a bit?

Are you undoing all of the cables (make sure you do the bottom one too) prior to putting your foot in? I found that my Full Tilts are the easiest to get into out of any boot I've ever owned. Maybe you just have weird feet.

And to answer your question it's probably not great for your liners to be going in and out of the boot every time you put them on.

ok im an idiot i put a sock on and now problem solved.

before it was just the skin of my heel creating friction but now with a sock it just slides right in.

Another question: how do i adjust the top cable assemply to make the cable tighter (not the buckle, the other side)

So you're asking how to adjust the side of the cable that is permanently attached?

U can adjust it, somehow when the liner is out. They did it at the shop with the booters of a friend of mine, It has something to do with the down part of the cable, but I can't remember how it exactly goes...

i can see on the other side of the boot, theres 3 hooks for the cable. the cable is currently in the middle "hook" how do i make it so its the tightest hook? This is on the left side of the boot for the right boot, or the right side of the boot for the left.

I think you have to 'push' the part of the kable were the hook is back in the shoe, so it comes lose and you can put it on antother hook.
Damn, hope you'll understand it, it's really hard to explain in english

Just push the cable through so its looser and unhook it and simply place it on the one furthest to the left on the right boot and right on the left. You may find it fiddly. hope that helped
