Yeah. Title says it all. The other day I received a marijuana possession ticket along with possession of drug parifanailia for my piece. I go to court on the 12th. The cop was way chill and was like its not a big deal, but I was just wondering what people received if they got caught. Oh yeah I only had a half eighth on me as well... Thanks

It's a $100 max fine and a petty offense if you show up to court since it was less than an ounce. Check out the NORML site, they got all info on laws and legal issues in CO.
