ok so ive been wanting to try misty 5 for awhile i know to do on a trapoline any suggestions for when i try on snow tommorow

i can do fronts on traps and almost double on a diving bored but my friend and i are building a nice jup to try stuff on tommmorow

I personally think there easyier than fronts... I havnt landed either but i tried both for the first time a few weeks ago. to me it feels the same as on a trampo just throw it harder

Big thing with misty 5s is to get a nice solid pop, roll over that shoulder, keep looking and grab those knees. As long as you don't kick out of it, it should bring itself around. Really simple, fun trick. First invert I learned.

heres TJ schiller talking about em. i think it says rodeo, but i think hes teaching a misty 5. i am always super confused with trick names, but i think they might have gotten it mixed up here.....anyways this might help.

spread your feet out a little bit when you spot your landing. i kept screwing up on mine cuz my feet were close together
