Macbook sleep?

Alright so i want to watch a ski movie while i fall asleep tonight does the macbook pro have a sleep timer on it, if so how do i get there. Also does it have an alarm clokc by any chance? Thanks ski/dro

well mine goes to sleep after i don't touch it for a while..that just happens, i dont set it to do that or anything. so i'm sure yours would do that too.
