Canon Vixia HF200

Should I purchase a Canon Vixia HF200?
What are it's pro's and it's con's?
Any good/bad experiences you've had with one?
Is it one of the best cameras out there in the $500 range?
If not what do you recommend?
Any thing else?

never used it (i have a hv30), but it seems that canon has the best cameras in the upper end consumer market

if you haven't already gotten the camera you should it has great quality and is all around a great value

another question. How does the hv 30 (or i guess 40 now) compare with the memory or hard disk cameras in the same price range?

i have it and its a decent camera for the money but i had memory card problems, pm me if you have any other questions or if you want me to go into detail about the memory card thing

I have the Vixia HF S10 and thats real good i literally have no complaints so im assuming that the HF200 is pretty sick as well. If you end up not wanting the HF200 i would recommend the HF S10
