Those buildings were definitely designed to survive a mega earthquake, not really sure how you can design a purely rectangular box stood on end to withstand one let alone multiple airplanes running into it.

And you haven't answered my question about the sealing of cockpit doors. You know, like how does the pilot on an international flight get some food or take a leak.

What exactly do you deal in? It's pretty obvious that if a a structure falls to the weakest point.

if the building fell because of damage from the towers, which was minimal at best, it would have very likely fallen in a direction of the first columns that failed. Also resistance. If a building falls because of structural failure, it will encounter resistance as other floors and columns fail.

Building 7 dipped in the middle like a perfectly executed demo while also falling at nearly complete free fall.

So what is your point exactly? The first original nist report on it is proven wrong with simple physics. I'm not sure exactly what your trying to state here?

I'm not saying you can't ever leave the cockpit. But even with a camera if you somehow don't trust the flight attendants it's not that hard to tell if your passengers are being held hostage.

If if people attempt to hijack the flight. What did they have allegedly? Beat the shit out of them. I mean even if there were 4 or 5 on a plane they are ridiculously outnumbered.

Also, check out Larry Silverstein's insurance policy for the towers, that covered "acts of terrorism" He made bank on those things going down.

First, I believe it was you who posted that you actually know something about physics. apparently not. even with the "falling crap" which I actually mentioned. The building dipped in the center at the top, just like a controlled demo. All of the columns had to have failed at the same time for the building to drop in it's own footprint like that. The way that it fell encountered little almost no resistance. The columns couldn't have slowly failed, they just miraculously all split in half perfectly in time to keep the building from falling to any side.

As for your ending. Please explaining why william cooper said there was going to be a huge "terrorist" attack, blamed on osama bin laden but actually perpetrated by the u.s. government as a means for getting where it wanted to go. this was in late June of 01. Before 911 bin laden wasn't nearly as known as he is now. That was pretty solid calling out. he must have had a magic 8 ball that actually told him something like that might go down.

When you talk about how "pleased they were with the success of the attacks." you're talking about evidence supplied by the u.s. government that supposedly show's that it was them.

And again, as far as bin laden. Carlyle groups. The bush and bin laden family have been tight for years.

One, this shit is so beaten down that it isn't worth really debating about cordially. There are dozens and dozens of threads on the matter, on here and countless other places. Problem is, generally those alighting with the belief that the government did it tend to give their proof from youtube and other loony shit the focuses in on selective photos, graphics, and just horseshit. anti-government truthers that usually have thick involvement in severe (and sometimes illegal) discontent with the government (your buddy William Cooper is no exception; the guy was a fraud) usually head the various movements. The stuff that is even remotely legitimate is so greatly outnumbered by meticulous research and analysis to the contrary that it doesn't hold any merit. Perhaps the heavy precense of the conspiracy is aided by the availability of shit on the internet.

Perhaps more so is that there seems to be a lack of acknowledgment of a hateful and spiteful ideology that has led to terrorism decades past to the present by the part of people that believe the government did the "attacks". It's always the government. That gets irritating.

And lastly, I don't give a fuck. I'm not really trying to convince you of anything, because you're so convinced of what you believe. I'm not trying to convince other people browsing NS that you're wrong or that I'm right. You made it to mock the hysteria (well, not that much hysteria) following the botched attack over Detroit, as if terrorism was not real, and not a thread. You are talking out of your ass right now. Have you ever flown a plane? Been in a cockpit? A lot of my friends are in AFROTC and fly on a regular basis, and have their private pilots' license. It is not that hard for a noob pilot to fly a commercial aircraft a low speed into two of the tallest, largest buildings in the world. The targets are not the size you think, and they were not flying at full speed. The terrorists recieved bad flying grades on things such as meanueverability, take off, landing, standard flight procedures, none of which are relevant to crashing a plane into a building.

The pilots stayed in the cockpit because that was protocol. Until 9/11 all plane hijackings were hostage situations, and thus as civilians, the flight crew was instructed to appease and accomodate their hijackers until landing. Unfortunately there was no landing.

I know you probably don't want to/ you might be too dumb to understand, but pick up Popular Mechanics' debunking of all 9/11 myths. Its fairly comprehensive, though it involves some basic physics, which you have clearly demonstrated you can't even begin to understand.

Don't come out here talking out of your ass about "physics" when you don't even know the force of gravity, don't say its hard to fly a plane when you've never been around a cockpit, don't speculate on government

pretty sure i disproved this in another thread awhile back....

I've flown a cessna, and i've flown in simulators of large commercial aircraft. It is not nearly as hard as you think. Especially when all you are trying to do is hit a building, not land, take off, or talk to air traffic control. What it really comes down to is they deactivated the autopilot, and once they did that, the plane is essentially a throttle and a yoke. The only impressive thing about what they did was how they managed to find their way to New York City, using only geographic landmarks. There were no insane maneuvers, all they had to do was descend and turn.

and where do you get the info that the WTC was made to withstand multiple aircraft strike? You're twisting words, because I've likely seen/read the exact thing you got that idea from. One of the chief architects believed that it might possibly be able to take a hit from a 707. A 707 is by no means a 767. It's smaller, and he meant a 707 lost trying to land in New York. That would mean it's traveling much slower, and some attempt would probably be made to avoid the tower at the last minute. No building in the world is intended to take multiple hits from aircraft traveling 500mph+

1) Anything that isn't metal is extremely easy to get onto a plane simply by putting it in your pocket. I flew to vegas the other day and realized when I landed that I accidentally brought like three lighters with me.
