what do u want out of them. if buttery, afterbangs or anthems. for stiffer, punx and ar6, alphas are fairly stiff but because they are rockered they are easy to butter
well they were really good flex for me for a medium flexing fun park ski that i could still bomb our small hills here in PA without chatter...but i only 115 pounds so i dont know for you
ive heard the the punx has a symmetrical flex of an ar6
AR6 and Punx have similar flex if you flex the whole ski.
But when riding them you will notice that ar6 is much softer in the nose than the tail. Punx has a symmetrical flex. Also because punx is symmetrical the only place they should be mounted is dead center while AR6 isn't, so they should be mounted behind dead center unless you don't care about carving.
AR6 is built like a tank. durable base and edges and only minor chipping. AR6 will be noodly in the nose after a season.
Def between the AR6 and the Punk I am 6'5 190 as well. Punx are full symmetrical and will be better exclusively to the park most likely, however AR6 is a great park ski. AR6 will perform a little better all over the mountain. Can't go wrong with either.
yep i would definitely go for some walls i skied the a bangs for a little bit today absolutely hated them so flexy it isn't even funny and i am 153 and 5'7 and was riding 177s so they will loop out like crazy for you
