So I bring my skis to my basement to put do some waxing. I lay them down, go upstairs to grab a gummy stone, and when I come back I see this and think wtf? No idea how this happened, it was literally fine a second before, unless I somehow didn't notice it. Any idea what I could do to fix it? I tried prying back the metal thing a little and sliding the bottom of the black heel piece the way it seems like it should go, but it wasn't havin. Ideas? Do I have the right idea and just need some more elbow grease? Shop work needed?
