one thing i would suggest is pointing the camera down more so you get skis in it, it might just be me but i like to see that. not all the way down though because it is also good to see what's comming

I feel like the ideal position is with the horizon somewhere around the top quarter of the screen.  Any lower and you can't get a sense of perspective and environment.  Any higher and you lose sight of any of your reactions when you ski.  But still definately play around with it.  the chest mount would be alot easier to get the angle on.  I want to make a tab to positition the ideal angle, but it would take some experimentation.

so much footageg, but no time to edit.  Post operation, I'll have way too much time...

in most of the semi-professionelle cut studios you can work with contrast and the light intensity so you see more than only 'shiny white' in some parts of the edit..
