Difference between the Look Pivot 14 and Rossi FKS 140 bindings

So ive read around that these are the EXACT same pair of bindings?  Is this the truth?  I am from the Look P12 generation of skiing and am confused on which binding to go with now. Any insight would be sweet.. thanks dudes.

Yeah, same bindings. The same holds true for Look PX12/14 and Rossi Axial 2 120/140.

At least, they used to be. Not sure about the new ones they're making.

So did Dynastar (Look) just come back out with the Pivot 14 just to appeal to all the older p12 users from a few years ago?  I do not understand why they would make two of the same exact bindings.  One being under Look and the other under Rossi.  Is this just a marketing ploy?

Rossignol is a super corp, and Look, and Dynastar are both sup corporations of rossignol, from what I understand, So pick your colour or whichever one you can get a better deal on. Apparently they are sick bindings so have fun!!
