Surfaces died :(

my surface watch lifes 08-09 just died today. the top sheet cracked at the start of the tail tip :( pics soon. i just wanna know if anyone else had this problem and is it really that big a deal

My buddy had a few issues with his Surface's, snapped 1 ski and tore the bindings out of the other multiple times. I've heard they were real good with getting their warranty shit together quickly.
