Bringing in SKU #'s to fabric store?

Ok, so theres definitely a limited number of colors in sweatshirt fleece at my fabric store, so i asked one of the ladys that worked there if i could like maybe order rolls of different colors. She told me yeah for sure you just need the sku number. Has anyone done this before?? I think this is like the code ex. BW-275 (fabric.com)

i know it's a super long number, but i have no idea how to find it on fabric.com. i would assume your fabric shop would have a catalog or something.
