OK so lets add 2 more mods to the team. One male one female. Below are the suggestions from the other thread, please post with your votes (or nominate someone else). We'll leave this up till mid day the 24th and at that point we'll mod them before things get busy for the holidays. We'll delete this thread so the newbs won't see your votes.

I definitely put in a vote for Jodi.

I mean... out of anyone here I certainly know her the best. If you didn't already know, she was my girlfriend for over 3 years.

Jodi is a very intelligent person. She's got a good sense of humor, and can definitely throw down with the boys - so she'll get the jokes on here.

She is grown up and mature. I'd definitely back her.

snwbrdmilf is really good too. I always like talking with Ashley, and she as well has a good, mature view of the world.

In all honesty, I'm putting my vote to the two females. I think having female representation on the team would really help us round out not only the moderation team, but the vision from the staff as a whole. Lets face it, its a massive sausage fest in the staff here, and we have no idea how to please the ladies.

NS should probably be a more friendly place to the more awesome sex (lets face it they have boobies and its awesome) and this would be a great start.

Thats my $0.02.

The only one I know at all is Ashley.  I agree with what Doug's saying on her, definitely mature enough to handle this gig.

Haha. Im all seriousness make Jodi a mod stat! Girl has been around FOREVER and still frequents NS quite a bit. I bet if she was made a mod she might even visit a little more.

Ashley is a good choice too! She's an obvious, yes.

Jodi and Ashley are great choices. DO NOT MAKE NOMENSTEVEN A MOD THOUGH. GOOD GOD, NS would collapse.

Although, something else to consider is that Ashley is new blood on the site and its nice to get a different perspective (someone would doesn't have all the old school ties) on things since most of us have been around here way too long :P I agree she can over react at times but everyone figures out this gig pretty quick so i doubt it would be a problem down the road if we let any new mods know whats up ahead of time.

I don't know Jodi, but based on Doug sticking with her for 3 years, thats gotta hole some weight, so haveing a re-balancing of the NS gender divide works out well!

Those are all fine with me, I will vote for Alex Wren and Ashley because I know them and they're rad but Jodi makes sense too if she will actually be online, didn't she take a pretty long hiatus? Just want to make sure people will be around.

Ashley has kinda been a little over aggressive at times in PH, and definitely 'lives' more than 'uses' the internet... Then again, I have never even conversed with Jodi, though I recognize the name as one of the more established members. Girl mods would be nice.

Wren for sure.

You guys are haters! Haha I guess she does take it kind of seriously, but it's not like a serious personality flaw or anything.

That being said, I have ALWAYS said that if there are multiple mods who want to veto a person, they should be able to. No one should be added if there are people who don't want them added, it just makes for a shitty mod forum. So if you guys are anti-Snwbrdmilf-mod-status that's that, from where I sit, even though I think she'd be good at it and online enough to make a difference.

Honestly I don't really know of any guys that would be worthy? So many immature fools.

But on another note, I'm not sure if Ashley should get to be a mod, I haven't seen her on NS AT ALL in the couple months.

Yeah i've still seen a fair bit of Ashley around, moreso in PH etc though..

Sorry I haven't been that active lately - work is drilling me and it's a bitch to get much spare time during the day

Well looks like we will have 2 new Lady Mods!  I'll have a chat with them.

What do you guys think of a trial period before we officially announce it in a week or so?  let them learn the ropes a little before they get overwhelmed
