I am going to go ahead and say that ns has killed the skiing movement. Skiing has slowly becoming a more accepted freestyle sport, now its regressing to a bunch of trendy homos. Its really sad to see.

josh bishop slayed pretzel in his tracks, so did schmuck. i feel ashamed by pretzel like members, but i have mad respect for those that actually stood up to comments like that, as well as the guys that put 100% into making this website and community what it is. mad props to those guys, i (and hopefully others) salute you!

time to head over to oldschoolers.com, where we ride 210 straight skis made out of wood, with leather bindings.

ns hasn't killed it, it's not even dead. NS is just like this because there's more of us. The site has always been like this. The more people there are, the more bad people there are bound to be.

defs agree, we are lucky we have something like newschoolers to rally behind. There is nothing like this comparable in the snowboarding community and it is sites like this that keeps us well connected, values in check and the ability to support those that really are progressing the sport as a whole.

There were some awesome responses from Schmuck and Bishop. If you wanna bitch then go talk to Freeskier, there is no excuse for them to have the misspellings and the errors they have.
They have all summer to make a gear guide and they put the wrong pictures in places and have to use 2 pages in the next issue to correct themselves.
Just in the last issue where they have a page for Native American themed clothing they put the same paragraph under two products, just duh.
