JO Pro's delaminating

I just bought a new pair of Head JO pros and the second day I was riding them the top sheet delam'd on me. I'm wondering if this has happened to anyone else?

my edge broke after a few times going and hitting rails, then snow got in and froze then all it took was a backseat landing and the whole base came out of the top sheet. fucking sucked for the day but got them warrantied now dont know if is hould detune before rails so the same thing doesnt happen.
