soo i order my jiberish stuff on November 27th. i spent 160 dollars. blue sweatshirt and a crewneck. so i read on the site they will ship late november early december...cool. its november 9th so i decide to email pete drago, the jiberish sales guy (super chill dude btw)and ask him where my stuff is! he says that it should ship within the next few days...its november 17th so i email him again and ask him whats up. he says that they lost my order and that it will ship out and be here by november 19th. everyone already has theres so i was just a little confused...here i am, monday the 21st still without my stuff. i am never EVER buying from AMall again. has this happened to anyone else?

You're obviously going to get your clothing. Yes, shit happens, orders get fucked up, things take much longer than we would like them to. But as long as you are buying from a legitimate online retailer you are going to get what you ordered, 100% of the time.

You go into business for selling clothes. Then sell those clothes and ship them like every other store does. There are no excuses, if you cant handle it, get out of business.

They aren't like other bigger companies where they have people on staff just to ship out orders, and its not like those larger companies don't make mistakes too. To the OP, its just a mistake and sure its taken awhilebut send them some emails instead of making callout threads like this

I ordered a shirt and hat from them, and it never showed up. I was a little nervous because the hat said it was out of stock so I wasnt sure if it was going to ship or not, after some waiting I emailed blake, he responded promptly asking if i had gotten my shirt, I replied, no and continued to wait. I send 2 more emails over 10 days and got one back from blake saying the hat was out of stock and he felt bad I had to wait this long and find out the hat was sold out. They refunded me for the hat and sent me a free shirt of my choice I got the spirals tee in red. I thought it was super nice of them to do that, they easily could have refunded the hat and just sent the 1 shirt. It made me a continuing customer actually.

Im guessing you meant decemeber on all of those dates, so you're bitching that your hoodies having shown up 4 days after talking? Do you realize what season it is? CHRISTMAS shit isnt gonna be on time, calm down, you're not gonna be "cooler" when you get your jiberish so just because your friends have it and you don't doesn't mean you need to freak out. usps sucks in december, should be no surprise.
also all jiberish items were on pre-order on abstract mall, obviously causing a ridiculous amount of orders all at once. once the jiberish arrived i'm sure it was a shitshow trying to fulfill so many orders at once. just be persistent about trying to get information rather than bitching on newschoolers.

That's bull dude, I hope your stuff arrives soon. To anyone out there saying just wait, I'm sure you would be pretty pissed if you dropped almost $200 and never received a thing over a month later. I'm sure this kid realized the holiday season was approaching, which is why he ordered over a month ago. They have no excuses there. I would keep emailing and calling them daily, and then report them to the better business bureau if I never got anything. Business is business and well, this is shitty business. This world doesn't run on nice cheery people who will wait months for a product, as much as everyone wishes it did. It's ruthless, and if this company can't make it because they take forever to ship out their clothes then good riddance, a better company will come and take their place.

i re-read it and stand by what i said. i dont care if its jibberish's or AM's fault, theyre both businesses and they both should be able to take care of someone's order within a month or AT LEAST send him an email. period. so either way someone screwed up. once again (so you dont jump down my throat) it isnt a big deal, but every time a thread like this is made where a person makes a pretty legitimate complaint (after not getting any responses from the company) people jump all over him as if we shouldnt expect companies to do their damn job. yeah, its christmas time. a company is aware of that too.. they should prepare for it or at least be able to send emails to people to explain or at least acknowledge that their shit isnt gonna get there for a while

I think I am going to have to agree with you as well. He ordered his shit almost a month ago now.... that isn't right. In this day and age, companies like Jiberish probably have accounts with UPS and are able to print shipping labels on the spot, throw the clothes into a box, and ship it. I think the kid has a legitimate complaint, and I would be pissed too after waiting this long. Not enough to make a thread about it but still.

yep i ordered my jiberish from AM a few days after they launched the pre-order and there is still absolutely no sign of it

i'm not getting mad yet but i find it a little ridiculous that it's taken this long especially when everyone else has gotten their shit
