wall worked great for me in all the aspects you mentioned. Held up fine from rail abuse (I do a lot of rails) and was really solid for deep landings on jumps. It's more on the stiff side, but still butterable for sure. (I had the 185s and I'm an even 6' and about 170 lbs)

I bought a pair in 2007/2008 ( the first gen ) and i'm still riding em they are super durable and works pretty good as a all mountain ski  and it's an amazing park ski, when i'm gonna buy another pair i'll consider these for sure!

i had the 08/09 walls and loved them.  However, just a few weeks ago i noticed on of the skis had lost its camber.  I took them in and am getting this years walls for free. 

ya i had dumonts last year, not the most butterable ski so its all good

are they heavy?

they're not really heavy, I found them on the lighter side actually

i got the 08/09's this year and love them. not soft, but i was still able learn tail presses and get some butters without extreme effort.

i have used these in crud, powder, moguls, and on groomers.

volkl makes great torsionally stiff skis (skis that dont twist when on edge in crud) and they really chop through the ice chunks from early season on the east. i have found these great in pow for a symmetrical ski. good float in about a foot of fluff. moguls on the first day of them were alright, i wasnt quite used to them yet so i cant really review these for them, but they worked well. on groomers, these make nice long turns on edge.

havent gotten any real jumps on these yet, but theyre symmetrical and pretty stiff, so we can all make the guess that they can handle huge jumps, and have a good swing weight.

only cons are topsheet chips because of the vertical sidewall, but that doesnt affect the ski itself.

for weight, i found my 169 walls with px 12 jib ti bindings to be about the weight of my 158 scratch pro's with p10 bindings.
