Is it because my boots are too tight or too loose? Did I get the wrong size boot? Help please!

try a footbed if you dont already have one. could be a couple of reasons though, too tight and toe is crammed or the boot is too big and your foot is sliding forward

i would say to big and your foot is sliding forward and hitting the front. watch the tech talk on boots. its really helpful and it could help with this problem.

Need more info..... but, let's assume that you are in the correct shell size. You could have the best boot in the world, but if your foot is allowed to flex and move inside of it, your big toe is going to smash into the front of the boot. If you don't have a good footbed, go get one. They easily solve 75% of all boot-fitting issues that I encounter (or at least stabilize your foot enough to rule your foot moving around as the problem).
