what is the best timing you have ever had for getting suspended from school ns?

i got suspended for some reterded crap at school last week, wich is gay except for the fact that it is a five day suspension that starts on day before winter break.. so instead of having a two week winter break i have a three week winter break...

i am not going to worry about that at all i am not going to college, i am going into the metal trades... and i know that not being suspended is way better then being out of school for an extra week with no extra homework because it is right before a break.

my school doesnt send any information about suspensions to colleges. its up to you to check off iff you got suspended or not.

and its really bullshit. i got suspended for a day, and all i did was sleep late and watch tv. My parents were like "well hes not going to learn from this... why dont you have him do something useful rather than just get a day off from school and putting a mark on his record?"
the principal was like "well we hope that you dont allow him to sleep and watch tv all day..."
and my parents were like "so now you want us to take a day off of work to discipline my son for something thats not even a huge deal, when he could easily go to school and not fall behind and get disciplined here? doesnt make much sense to us..."

it was baller, my parents hardly cared that i got in trouble, just that i was getting suspended because obviously it doesnt look good and its truly the stupidest punishment in the world.
but they told us they send no information about it to schools, and since we think thats its pretty stupid, we're not going to check off the whole "i was suspended" box

Got suspended at the christmas formal last year, second last day before the break. EXTRA 4 DAYS mafuka. actually built a roll in for my flat backyard, cought up on sleep from the break and payed some visits to my dates place who was also suspended.. mani loved it. missing class and falling behind sucks but stareing at blue walls for 8 hours a day listening to every bell ring and not being able to move is the worst punishment ever. i hate inschool but out of school rocks. id try it if i were you

Last year I got suspended for the last week and a half of school which didn't include grad or the wonderland trip. I'm pretty sure that my head of school is retarded, and we stole an exam but I guess since it was only grade 8 it didn't matter that much.

There is never a BEST time to be suspended from school. No matter the period in which your suspension occurs, it will still show up on your transcript when you're applying for schools.

ok so i got suspended because i accidentally sent the " i poooped on a girl" story to my email and it was the wrong email, i sent it to my school email instead, long story short the vice principal got a hold of it and didnt think it was as funny as i thought it was.. the part that made it worse was that when she pulled me into her office to talk to me about it, she kept quoting parts of it, saying that these were the reasons why she catorgerized it as porn.. every time she quoted it i busted up laughing so it got me suspended for two extra days... fucking eppicly gay

the best time is not to get suspended in the first place. You can have your three week break, but when i'm filling out my college applications, I won't have to show them that I got suspended.

all you pepole think about is collage. there is a bigger demand for blue collar workers right now... so as 90% of america goes to collage to become an architect, who will build whatever you design? workers.. there will always be job security in the feilds as long as people dont want to work hard.

well that depends.
do you have satellite tv?
do you have a good video game console?
is your pantry stocked?
how comfy is your couch?
do you have money to order pizza?
is there sufficient room to do burpees in front of your tv?
what is the weather like outside?
etc.

these are all things to consider before you get suspended, so that you are prepared to make the most out of your suspension.

this may be true, but they also realize that people grow up and stop doing stupid shit. & they also realize that some of the biggest trouble makers in high school are really the smartest kids out there-but they were just not being challenged in high school.

True in some cases. False in many cases. It's definitely something that many schools look at. But if you're trying to get into a larger school, then what you just said would be the case. But if you're trying to get into a smaller school or a private school, you're going to be overlooked in favor of more qualified students. Not trying to be rude at all. I just have family that works in college/university admissions offices.
