I would have physically restrained the guy with the walkie talkie and called the cops on him, even if he is a police officer. Than I would have asked for a mental evaluation, and his concealed weapons permit to be revoked until a licensed psychologist saw it fit for this mentally ill person to carry a gun again.

Thats just me though,


How would I have done it? Walk up to him, put your foot behind his foot and push him over and watch him fall over your foot. Knee in the neck and said you are under citizens arrest. At this time you are being detained for further questioning.

Then i would have brought out my tazer and been like stop resisting or I will taze you.

And then he wouldn't have kept running his mouth and I would have tazed him and said he was waving his gun around pointing at innocent bystanders and was a danger to society and someone had to stop him before we have an innocent victim laying dead on the ground.
