Bridger Bowl

I have only been to bridger a couple of times but I noticed a couple rails behind a building by the base.  Are these open to anyone who wants to hit them?

if you are talking about the rails by Grizzly Ridge(at the base) then yes they are there for anyone to hit. Theyre just set up for fun. Nothing special .
