Replying to Beaver Park

Alrite so i just got on the park crew at beaver mountain. Counting me and the Cat driver that make 3 guys to design, build, and maintain a park. I have never skied the beav before so i have no idea what they have done in the past. i have kinda learned that they have no idea how to make jumps but the jibbing isnt bad. I DO know that they do not have a lot of rails and there is no snow making so it hard to build a legit park or even kinda ok park. So my idea is to get as creative as possible with what we have and maybe take the smaller jump route rather than having crappy bigger jumps. Any and all input would be great: ideas for building, what they have done wrong in the past ( actual details not "beaver sucks they dont do anything rite"), What they have done rite, then once we get going: what we are doing right/wrong. I hope to make the beaver park better than its ever been and hopefully anyone who has skied the beav will help me in doing so.
