Rail at my school

So, theres this sick Down Flat Down rail at my high school (public school) that ive wanted to hit for the past 4 years. finally we get this 2' snowstorm and the opportunity has arrived.  But, im on probation. So what I was wondering was will I get fucked for trespassing? The police station is accross the street. The rail is partially visiable from the station and the last thing i need is to get fucked. There will probably be around 5 people there so i wont be in this solo. tell me your past experiences with this and what your thoughts are... +k thanks

I do not think that it is trespassing because it is public property.

Last time I was at a public park police just told me to leave... sometimes they make you shovel the jump down... just depends on how much a of a dick the cops wants to be. Just make sure there are no "no skateboarding" signs or anything like that. Thats a giveaway that you'll get kicked out for sure.

I don't think it matters, if your hitting a handrail, cops are going to yell at you regardless of what kind if property it's on. Having the rail in view of he station isn't too great either.

I've never heard of anyone getting arrested for urban even while on probation. Chances are even if you get busted they wont know that you're on probation so just go for it

if youre right across the street from the cops, you should have a clear view of when they are coming over to you. when you see them coming your way, just book it

they will just tell you to leave ive gotten kicked out of a lot of spots and never have had more than been just told to leave.

if they do show up the best thing to do is talk to them and show them the proper respect, if they ask you to leave clean up after yourself and go for best results don't do or say anything to that might piss them off i have been kicked out of many places and never cited for anything hope that you get to hit your rail in peace!

i swear to god, i have a down flat down in my schools lot, that is visible from the police station, and we just got snow, andmy homies and i are going on wednesday. im going at like 6 at night, so its dark enough and the cops wont go up to check out the school until 9 or so.

Chances are that they'll just ask you to leave and won't ask for your names or anything. Then they won't know if you're on probation or anything. If you still aren't sure, just go at night, cause people will probably still be at the school in the day.

ive never gotten a ticket for hitting a rail, they usually just ask you to leave, but every cop is different but if youve got a crew there youll probably be fine

Know anyone with a semi or RV who could park it just where your ski out ends?  That way the view from the police station would be blocked.  Otherwise, time it so you're hitting it during a donut break.

the worst that will happen is your gonna get kicked out. its not like the cops will ask you for all your info and do a background check. you're just gonna have to peace out if the cops come over. no biggie

Just be cool to the cops if they show up.  Say "yes sir, no problem" and you won't get in any trouble.  If you're a dick to the cops, they will be a dick to you.  If you're cool to them, they will be cool to you.  Respect gets respect just like in th ejib park.

if the cops come, like everyone says dont be dicks. be respectful, do what your told and everything just goes fine. i've never even been id'd, so they would never know if i was or was not under probation.

so today i tried the rail. No cops, no injuries, but didnt get the whole rail. i kept sliding off at the flat. any tips because another session will be going down soon. i do need another in run set up since this one was just people pulling me in with no room to adjust before taking off.
