Binding break question

if my ski's waist is 118, and the binding has a 120 break, will if fit?

It will be tight, because chances are the break won't be right on the waist, it will be on a wider part of the ski. If you can, test it out by just placing the binding about where it would go on the ski. It probably won't be a big deal if they don't fit though, because they're so close in size, it will be very easy just to bend the breaks out so it will fit. I'd say get them.

They'll be fine. If they do need to be bent out a bit, any competent shop will be able to do it no problem.
