i looooved it the first time,   but i rented it a couple days ago and gotta say it was pretty boring.   i mean it has its moments but it definately doesnt have the same constant tarantino awesomeness as pulp fiction or even kill bill

Kill Beatrix. That's what I heard it's gonna be about, with the black assasin's daughter coming after hear and B.B when she's grown up. Sounds good to me, but we will see what kind of genrefuck Tarantino will do for this one. In one movie (Vol 1 &2) he has already mixed up italowestern, kung fu movies, samurai flicks, De Palma style long takes/tributes and much more. What' next... or left?

Some freaky Andalucian Dog style ast movie references mixed with Trainspotting/24 Hour Party People style lifestyle plot with a taste of Matrix bullet time shots?

Eh.  I'd consider myself a huge tarantino fan (I've even read one of his biographies) but kill bill really didn't do it for me.  Especially the first one.  As huge of a fan of violence and action as I am, I thought the story was just nothing in comparison to anything else he's ever done.
