Here's the three winners we've decided on for Round 2 of the GoPro Be a HERO contest...

You'll likely notice that some of these entries weren't in the top 10, and we'd like to take the time to explain why.
There was a LOT of cheating in this round, which is extremely disappointing, and obvious by the low scores in the top rated section. And as we've said time and time again, when you enter a contest, and give yourself a 10, and everyone else a 1...we see it. It's cheating, plain and simple, and extremely unfair to your fellow NS'ers who've entered this fantastic contest and want to win a GoPro just as badly as you...and are honest about it. Therefore, we decided to disqualify anyone who was obviously cheating (some of you even went so far to sadly use multiple aliases to downgrade other users' entries...and we see that too). We're not going to name names, but you know who you are, and let this be a reminder to all of you that if you cheat, you're really only cheating yourself.
As a result, because a number of people in the top 10 were dishonest, we picked our favorites out of the top 20, based on creativity, effort, and how funny we thought they were.
Congratulations to the three winners! We'll be getting in touch with you asap for your contact info and which additional accessory you would like with your GoPro HD Helmet HERO Package.
Round 3 is now open, so get your entries in, and please keep in mind that honesty is the only policy, because we will continue to disqualify people who attempt to cheat other members of this amazing community. Please feel free to re-upload your entry from this round (or a new one) for another shot at winning, as this contest is running until January 31st.
