Replying to Wisdom teeth and blazing

so i got my widsom teeth out this morning and i read online that the suction involved in smoking a bowl will cause your stitches to come out thus forming a dry socket. i was wondering if i made a waterfall and put a shit load of gauze in my mouth and took very light rips if that would work alright. also if i decided to rail one of my percosets would that snorting action cause my stitches to rip out? i hope that made sense im still really fucking loopy from the anastesia haha
