Does that not infringe on all sorts of privacy and human rights laws?
If some dodgy dude can make up a profile to groom kids, then why can the police do it to groom.... er kids.... ha....
Kinda sounds very dodgy to me, and kinda stepping over the line of Police ethics surely...?
Well i'm 29, so most pics on facebook are of me doing stupid stuff.... but if i was young and at school, especially here in America.... then i wouldn't put pics of anything incriminating...
Posting pictures / videos / anything on the internet of you doing something illegal etc is pretty much the same as putting up a giant billboard of you doing it in the middle of town.... you wouldn't do that now would you...
But my point still stands.... one day there will be a big legal case about one of these so called invasions of privacy - and to be honest, the picture person will win because it is a human rights issue... by pretending to be someone you're not to simply spy on someone is hugely illegal and immoral..... and a HR's court would see it like that as well.
