what's goin on!!! I know everyone hates these types of threads but after searching a lot I am still torn between putting Marker Jesters or Rossi FKS 140's on my new Line Prophet 100's and I don't want to mess it up! Ski season is comin on hard and I want to get some runs in this weekend at Mt. Creek before heading up to VT.
I will be using these mostly in the trees and on powder days with some jumps thrown in for good measure (although if I am doing just park I will probably use my CR Johnson 1080's with Look PX 12 Jibs). I know FKS is "legendary" for preventing pre-release and all that stuff, and the guy at the shop says Line recommends Marker's (same company) and they have a low swing weight and wide mount. Either of these better at preventing knee injury? I have heard turntable bindings are better but I have also read that the toepiece may not release upwards as good if you fall backwards? I dunno I want to make the right decision and not think about it and I have read great things about both. Also I hear that FKS is a bitch to click back into if there is powder if that is a consideration...
I am a 6" 190lb 27 yr old expert on 179's if that helps.
