So the other day i over heard a kid saying "I hate it when people say happy holidays, that is so lame its not happy holidays its merry Christmas, I don't care about other holidays it's christmas". Do you think that's ignorant?

no, he recognizes that there are other holidays other then christmas, but due to his values he would rather say merry christmass then happy holidays.

according to this definition since they are aware of the other holidays the person is not ignorant

kind of gotten used to it after a while, dont even correct them at this point. im just like yea...merry christmas...
