Replying to Can't get stains out of jacket

Hey I have washed my newest jacket an oakley tactic in blue and it always seem like the wash doesn't really give it that sparkle I was looking to get after washing it! The stains under the cuffs are still there. I have a dot from something and it won't come out either even though I washed it the day the spot got there. Used tech wash but does anybody know anything with a more powerful cleaner that won't hurt my nice weatherproof clothing?
