So my friend has f**king stupid shaped feet, really wide and he has a really high instep. Today we spent about 4 hours in a shop trying to find some that fit properly.

Any suggestions, Salo SPKs were too tight widthways and he tried on some Nordicas that are apparently silly high were ok on the instep, but not widthways.
