Replying to What should I do?

So I got my pipe cleaners mounted about 2 weeks back, have been skiing on them the last two weeks. But today, My heel piece of my jesters come straight outta the ski and the holes are stripped. And I looked at the binding and see the tech didnt screw one of the screws all the way in. WTF? what should I do? I need a new pair of skis real fast. The shop should give me new skis shouldnt they? But what kind of arguments are they gonna throw at me and what arguments should i throw at them?
