Windows movie maker question

I wanna make my first ski movie with my friends this season, and i was messing around with windows movie maker to see everything it could do.

i tried uploading music onto it with itunes music but it didnt work and i realize now its because it is in the wrong format. so my question is how do i switch the format of my music so it will work on windows movie maker?

i know this probably seems like a stupid question but im a noob to making movies. lots of K for answers

hmmm. did you buy your music from iStore?

yeah i bought it from the itunes strore. is there any specific software youd suggest?

just google mp3 converter or something along those lines. download it. and while youre at it..download something other than movie maker

i think you cant use istore's music, doesnt matter the software. can be wrong tho

correct. You cant drag and drop songs you buy from the iTunes store due to copyright law. So find another way to get your audio. I have a program called dvdvideosoft (dvdvideosoft.com) that works great for converting youtube videos to hq mp3 files. just drag those into iTunes then from iTunes into WMM.

the best thing to do is search:    "song u want" free downlaod   on google.    one of the first 5 results always has it. then drag that file into the movie...   this is way easier than downloading a converter and converting the songs
