Well for the noodles like mr noodles and other pre dried in a plastic bag preservative noodle, its a better to drain the water then put new water in. the water that the nooodle cooked in has all the preservative shit that holds it together like glue. Ive never done this, but my korean friends have told me about it. I really dont care enough though.

PS i've been using maruchan blocks for a while since its the only thing i've ever noticed. Can i add shit to those or do i just find a different brand(and what brand)?

Im pretty sure the meat in that picture is BBQ pork. So good. And that orange thing in the corner is a vegetable that i dont know the name of in english.

dude, If you love ramen as much as I do, buy the Wagamama cookbook

The recipes are soo good. Not just ramen too, they have tons of noodle dishes

One of my favorites is the Yaki Soba... make it all the time at home:

use 1 cup of water instead of two so you just get the noodles
add cheese in about halfway through the cooking process
throw in sliced up ham
hot sauce is a must
