Jiberish refund?

i saw somthing about pete refunding last years level 1 crews because of cracking, just wondering if this is true, and if so how should i go about doing that. thanks alot.

yea don't be asking for a refund after it has had cracking in it and you have been wearing it. I can see if it just started cracking and u were like wtf and wanted a refund but you have probably been wearing it since there has been cracking for awhile and now that there is new jiberish out and you want to exchange it for a new free piece thats kinda bullshit if you ask me.

sometimes i got to mcdonalds and order a burger, after im done eating the burger i realized they gave me the wrong one and it was gross, so i ask for a new one

Ya where the fuck have you been? This issue was discussed last fall. Pete let me exchange it. But if you've worn it don't complain because I'm sure you've known about the cracking.

Jiberish, like any other company, will give you refunds on clothes that are defective within whatever warranty period they offer, what everyone is saying (myself included) is thats its rediculous to ask for a refund on something that you've probably been wearing for a year. Had you of brought it up right when you got the sweater it would have been a dif story

clothing deteriorates over time, thats just life

they emailed me and said they dont rplace anything worn skiing. that makes me sick. their athletes wear it skiing and they expect us not to. i think its stupid that they sponsor skiers with products that dont do anything for the sport. and they have way too much moeny from selling 100 dollar hoodies to lose anything from refunding this kid

maybe thats cause jiberish makes STREETwear. everyone just likes to wear it while skiing though.

1) they made street wear
2) they don't expect you not to wear your jiberish skiing, but if you do it voids the warranty
3) if you think they have "way too much money" you should get you head on straight; they LOSE money every year

not necessarily lose,

but being a newer company, they are not yet having net gain(correct term?) since they are still in debt. if they continually lost money it wouldnt make sense to keep running the business

i bought some circa SKATE shoes, then skateboarded in them. and the shoes got ruined from skateboarding! they wouldnt warrenty them either! makes me sick.

When i talked to Pete last week he said they have lost money every year including this one but they feel that helping out their customers will pay off in the long run and he knows that down the line they will make a profit, and he said that their hoodies are in no way made for skiing, Jiberish does not tell anyone they have to ski in their product, and the only reason that people think it is okay is because their pro team wears it while skiing, but keep in mind, their pros dont usually fall and they have several pieces, so if one is hurt or faded they can put on another one..... Jiberish is not meant for skiing and is a struggling company, stop being a baby and suck it up, its clothing, its not meant to be indestructible

dunno if maybe you were directing the majority of that post to me.. but i continuously support Jiberish and have no complaints their stuff is nuts. Not whining or being a baby...

But I would think they would generate a small profit each year towards paying off the cost to start up the company.. guess i was wrong there
