On Oct. 1 me and Ckeith agreed to trade my scott team issuse poles for a pair of his bindings. He got the poles on Nov.5th and i still have no recicved the bindings. He keeps making up excuses that the package keeps getting sent back or he left his dad in charge of shipping. I just want my stuff. If anyone knows this kid or can contact him please contact him. He hasnt been online for a week. Its starting to look shady.

Plus Karma for help and for keeping this at the top.

Considering its "International Theft/Fraud" that would be a felony and the FBI wouldnt actually get invovled but the Postal Department has officers of equal power to the FBI and deal mainly with shit like this. Funny to 'cause who would think a mail man with a badge is actually super high up in the law? anyways, they (FBI) would contact them and just take a quick drive over to his house to investigate it. Happens pretty often actually.

I dunno, I'm just in the police academy right now and waiting exceptance for the CA Merge Department - i.e S.W.A.T., shits dope

No he goes to the next level with annoying. Like when you go to the B/s/t fourm and you see his name 5 times and all his post are like "haha nice cat" "Cool skis" "Will suck dick for karma or higher post count" it just gets to the point where its annoying as shit. Ive called him out on it multiple times and so have other people but theres no stopping that thread tornado.

Well I obviously won my Paypal claim, but there wasn't any fucking money in his account to recover.  I'm seriously thinking about sending the cops to his house, he obviously stole from many people.  This is bullshit.  $15 isn't that much, but the principle of the thing pisses me off.

Let's compile a list of how much he stole so we can get the police to take care of it with proper information.

This is a straight up lie.  Police will be at your home as soon as I have figured out how much money you have stolen.  I think 3 months is enough patient time.

The alternative is of course to refund everyone.  I would say you have about a week until I have my information compiled.

I highly doubt anyone is getting their stuff.  This kid is only a few days away from getting police at his door though.  As far as I can see he has stolen at least $300 worth of stuff so far.

Make sure you get the collingwood detachment as its closer ( probably 20 mins from his house.) My good friend's dad is opp and ill see if he can get on the case. We've got harassment to deal with too from his friends.

Just recieved my bindings today, quick shipping for having been shipped out last Wednesday the 16th. Even though I did purchase these October 31st which is very long to get something shipped out. I am happy though everything looks in good shape, just very poor customer service.

allright. i don't know CKEITH at all. but i will throw in my two cents worth.
give him some time. shit happens. stuff does actually get lost in the mail, stuff does get shipped back. i've been on both ends of shitty situations a few times. it took 3 months to get a coat that i bought once because it got shipped back, but the kid was on vacation for a few weeks when it got shipped back. shit happens.
i'm not saying that kids dont scam on NS. some people do have bad intentions (see; ghettoballer). but often kids jump the gun on call out threads.
