On Oct. 1 me and Ckeith agreed to trade my scott team issuse poles for a pair of his bindings. He got the poles on Nov.5th and i still have no recicved the bindings. He keeps making up excuses that the package keeps getting sent back or he left his dad in charge of shipping. I just want my stuff. If anyone knows this kid or can contact him please contact him. He hasnt been online for a week. Its starting to look shady.

Plus Karma for help and for keeping this at the top.

ahhh that sucks man. ive dealt with ckeith 3 or 4 times and although all transactions went (somewhat) smoothly, im pretty sure he's a young kid. He probably isnt trying to rip you off but who knows.

i mean, i always got my stuff in a timely fashion but once he accused me of scamming him (via pm) 2 days after we had both shipped on a trade.  His reasoning for calling me out: he had been scammed by another person on ns, so he just assumed i was also scamming him. Just a number of little, immature things like that.

This kid is fucking weak! My friend (802amplitude) bought an xbox controller and two movies from him over two months ago and he still has not shipped them, he keeps making the excuses the OP said; his dad didnt ship it and he wrote the address wrong so it got sent back to his house.

This kid skis at my mountain. I saw him saturday. Ill get in touch with him, I dont think he'd scam you hes a nice kid. I lent him my poles to use in the finals for jib academy. PM me with more info bro.

I sent him payment on Oct 31st for the FKJ pro bindings he was selling, said he would get them shipped out asap but still no package. I followed up with him and he said it was likely US customs due to thanksgiving, I am patient but since then they still havent arrived. Its bullshit, he lives 15 mins away from a post office, it shouldn't take this long. If he doesn't get his shit straight I am just going to get my money back through my credit card company, since disputing with paypal only gives as much as the person has left in there account.

I just filed a Paypal claim last night since he lied about sending me Turbo (with many ridiculous excuses on the way).  I purchased it on October 28th for $15 and I still do not have my money back that I asked for during Thanksgiving.  Thanks for confirming that he is scamming everyone.

Ban him, the evidence is overwhelming.  Kids like this shouldn't be allowed to use the internet, and 16 isn't so young that he can't use email or mail an envelope.

He live 15 mins from me. This is ridcuilous, no one from my mountain will get away with this. He skis with kids on OPP (Ontario Park and Pipe), but im not too sure if hes on it. It would look good on the OPP kids if theyre skiing with a scammer.

Okay im not going to try and make so smart excuse for what has been happening with buyers/traders/sellers over the past little while

items have be sent, and resent multiple times, some needing to be resent yet again. this does not nearly make up for any of the bullshit i have being making

i have been lazy, immature, and deffinetly not very legit with anyone lately and for that i hope you can accept my sincer apologies. but i do not believe that makes this even

i and the rest of ns im sure would like to get rid of a member like me and for that i hope Ckeith as an ns member can be banned.

but as for the buyers etc items or refunds will be recieved hopefully soon

as for eveything taking so long i honestly had no intention of scamming anyone

people who actually know me im sure could back me up on that

but that being said i wasnt true to my word which makes me dishonest and just generally an asshole

i know that replying like this isnt just going to make verything better but i hope that it can give some people a little security and i have talked to my good friend Diamonds who has agreed to help me and yourselves out as an extra bit of communication.

i assure you that im not scamming anyone just taking way too long and being a bitch

I know Ckeith. personally, he's my friend I got to school and ski with him.
He's legit, not the type to scam someone, I'm positive that it's just a misunderstanding. We had a huge sale and everything went banana's and school and all got in the way. Anyways, you can pm him with what he owes you and I'm sure you guys can work something out. You can pm me if you want but I don't see why...
Anyways, just clear things up and there shouldn't be a "saucey" situation

This kid's a piece of shit. I just asked him if he had shipped my lens out yet and he said yes. Two seconds later, he claims that it got returned last week and that he'll ship it as soon as possible. I wouldn't believe anything he says until you get your money or stuff.

same fucking thing happened to me. He bought my JCrown beanie, I'm pretty sure he lied about "not getting it" finally when I went to pay him back his money he suddenly got the jcrown 4 weeks later..

I was planning on having these bindings to mount on some skis that i had laying around and now my season has started and still no bindings.

And the part where you keep saying it keeps getting sent back i dont believe that one bit. Maybe it got sent back once. i know you are just being lazy and immature. Get me my shit asap.

alright. heres my encounter with this kid.

i bought a pro tech helmet from him. and he said that he would send it out the next day. then 2 days later i asked him and he said he sent it. so then 2 weeks later nothing so i asked him agian and he said that he got the helmet returned too him 3 days ago."thanks for informing me". *and on a side note i once gave someone my address but i put the wrong city. and the postal service didnt even accept it. so i doubt that if you wrote somthing wrong that they whould take it then return it 2 weeks later.*

back to the story. so then i just asked for my money back and he made an excuse about he didnt have money in his paypal. and he said to get back to him in a couple days. so then another 2 weeks of waiting i told him to give me my fucking money back now. so he gave me my money.

but it took him 4 weeks to do it
