This.  In addition I spin my pen around my thumb all the time.  It's bad.  Unless I'm writing something I cannot hold my pen for more than 30 seconds without spinning it at least once.

i bounce my legs when i'm at my desk without realizing it. i guess a lot of people do that though. oh and i "adjust" without really caring who notices.

I bounce my leg when sitting, like a bunch of others have said. Also, when writing I will replace letters with numbers without realizing it. N's are 2's and R's are 4's, those are usually the only ones though, and I haven't done it for a while.

Im surprised no one has commented on how the title of this thread makes no literal sense. If you don't realize your doing something, you won't know your doing it. Therefore there should be no posts in this thread. Whatever is being posted now, you have realized your doing. Therefore you really cant post. Just thought I would throw that out there

Always tapping my pencil to songs that are on my ipod. Sometimes, I haven't listened to the song more than once and I just heard it on the radio. In addition, I sing to said song without realizing it (I get the weird stares.)

In class, I always stare at an object for a full two minutes before I realized I'm daydreaming. Not good when my stare is at a girl's low cut top even thought I'm not staring at her. Weird looks for that one too.

I use to flick my hair when it was long and I ended up buzzing my head and for some reason it took me a couple days to stop flicking even though I had no hair...spinning my pen in class, and holding my phone between my thumb and middle finger and flicking my wrist to spin it.

yeah im pretty much always spinning a pen or my phone.

oh and i always save the best bite of any given sanwich or any food really for last. like i will eat the sandwich in a really weird order to save the best bite.
