hey so i got some new agent 110s this year and im getting some pretty bad shinbang. im fairly certain that its because theyre too big, so im gonna try some booster straps. but the real question is, what are the two green rubber velcro things that stick on the front and back of the liner? they seem to just get in the way and i dont know what they do. could they possibly help my shinbang problem? what should i do with them?

if u think they are too big, bring them to a bootfitter, and they could help u make them fit better. Put a shim in them, if ur heel is moving around alot, put tongue pads on each side of the liners, there are a bunch of things to do.

they are supposed to be cusions of some sort, but supposedly they are gimmicks.
im looking into putting boosters on my agents 110's (although i havent even used them yet) but i dont wanna drill into the boot quite yet

if your boot is too big, the velcro pads will help take up room if anything. Shin bang is caused by movement, so the pads might help reduce movement by taking up excess volume. Hard saying exactly without seeing it, but I say leave them in.
