not something poppy, I built a jump at a hill, and made it too poppy and started going corc and spinning, which you dont want to do, but either way, make sure you pick a point in the distance and keep your eyes on it while you spin around it.
I also want to know a good spot because I was thinking about trying my first one just off a table top because I can do them easily off a diving board or on a trampoline.
I have lincolns super dialed on trmaps and stuff, so i thought i had a decent shot at getting close to landing my first try, the lip was super sketch and much to steep in my opinion to try them but i tried anywyas and ended up gettin really bucked by the lip and not being able to spin anymore and falling from the sky and landing on my back, didnt hurt to bad but i dont think a small lippy jump is the ideal spot to learn them, hope that helps.
i did my first one on a glorified roller into some powder. You can spin them really fast so you dont need much air at all, but ob, the bigger you go, the less you have to worry about under-rotating...
Also, they are pretty easy off most park jumps. Get comfortable with the rotation off a diving board or on tramps then go for it and you will probably get really close if not land it
