went for like 11 hours yesterday i was pretty stoned so that may have been part of it but my legs were getting unbelievably tired after runs like extreme burning
i think thats part of what makes it so tiring, cuz you have to ski so much differently on narrow skis. so your out of shape, and skiing funny. the two combined equals extreme fatigue. but yeah my legs definitely arent fully back into ski shape yet either
second day of the season there was like 8 of fresh on top of more soft, and we skied pow from like 9 to 4. by 330, my legs were so fucking tired i couldnt make it more than like half a run without stopping and felling like my legs were going to collapse underneath me.
Me, last exercise I did was 2 months ago.. but I don't have time to do all of that... I'm waiting to be back in college to get back in shape ! but my fisrt skiing day was not that worst... just tired as hell the next day but that's all
I was real out of shape. went to mt snow friday/saturday. saturday in the park i threw a few corks and by 1230 in the afternoon i was completely gassed. keep in mind i dont smoke and didnt drink the night before... LoL. my Core and mid back are rock solid and tense. 1st day of ski season FTL
