Swapping Full Tilt Tongues

Maybe I'm being retarded, but I can't seem to be able to get the tongue off my Hot Dogger, to put another one on?

I've pushed and pulled the tongue in every direction, but I can't work out how the mechanism releases.

+K for any tips/ magic formulae.

Disconnect the wires and fold the tongue as forward as possible, pull apart the metal clip underneath the toe end of the tongue and remove. Can be a little tricky to remove sometimes... hope this helps.

The metal clip that joins the boot to the tongue, pull the bottom of that outwards and they chould unclip :)

Aaaah, brilliant, got it. I spent ages wrestling with the clip, trying to turn it.

I would give you +K, but I have you both at 10 anyway.
