I want an all around ski. Mainly for jumps. I'm about 6'0. I weigh around 155. I've been skiing for around 6 years, but only in the winter (Pennsylvania sucks) So I'd guess you can say out of Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced, I'm intermediate.

Probably the Chronic or AR6 are the best for all round, I think the Chronics got an 86mm waist and the AR6 around the same, meaning you've got a more stable landing for jumps, They both manage well enough outside the park and also in the deep stuff better than some other ski's. They're both pretty durable as well.

I'm guessing you mean the topsheet began to chip and the edges rusted? Pretty much all topsheets chip form being hit by stuff like the edge of you ski or poles or anything. It's usually purely cosmetic and doesn't affect the performance. Edges rust, they're metal in contact with water all day. That's usually cosmetic also and can be avoided by wiping down your skis with a rag at the end of the day.

As for skis, Line chronics are awesome for speed and jumps. They're stiffer which you'd seem to appreciate, and if you keep a sharp edge they probably be awesome for how you ski. I have them, they're very poopy too. Going over rollers you can feel them waiting to spring up. Ar6s are softer as are anthems.

ar6, anthems, chronics, and walls are all good choices.

just curious what were the pair of twins you bought last year?

I'm trying to remember what they were.  I had them for one week. And it was bad peeling. It was peeling everywhere and at a lot of places, you could see metal . And it wasn't tiny slabs of decal coming of. It was big strips. I really can't remember what they were. I'm sorry.
