Designed my own coat!

So i started from scratch and designed my own coat this year. I took all the measurements, chose all the colors, fabrics and insulation. it is a tall slim fit coat. It was for sure a good learning experience. Theres for sure some things that need to be fixed with the coat but its a good start. What do you guys think of it?

it ended up being very very very xspensive. it was for sure a good learning experience though because now i know the process of making jackets. i had a lady sew it together for me according to my measurments.

The color of blue in the drawing looked better than the one in the real jacket, just an opinion. Anyway, still sick. But yeah how much did it cost you and how long did it take? you could probably make a lot of money making them for other people.

A number figure? For some people a $400 jacket is expensive, but for others it is cheap.

I like the design though. I help out with a t-shirt company (http://onlynylives.com) and we have been looking into expanding our line.

lets just say it ended up costing me more than 500. it took a long time to figure out how to go about making a coat since i didn't have much guidance. the photo of the real jacket was taking on my phone. the colors are actually much brighter!! i will get a pic wearing it once the seamstress is done with it. their were some minor adjustments to make haha the shoulders looked like i was wearing football pads. its pretty sweet the coat is pretty tall.

I know I am going to get hated on for this comment, but that isn't too bad as far as custom clothing goes. Also it is really sick, so I would say it was worth the money.

yeah it was exspensive but i have gained so much knowledge about how to go about designing outerwear. it wont ever be that exspensive again.

yeah it has insulation and everything with a polyester lining. its pretty legit for my first try. i got some work to perfect the pattern and everything but m happy with my first one! i wore it the other day and it was pretty hot

im not sure. im gonna go through someone else who is easier to work with. i went through a really small company that was pretty slow and exspesnive im sure i can find a better company that has better prices
